Q: Your orders are full. How can I get on the
waiting list?
Click here to submit a support ticket with
your project details.. Please choose the "Put me on the
waiting list" option. If a new spot becomes open, the
next on the list will be contacted.
Q: What happens after I pay?
You submit a support ticket with details of your
project, then I will contact you with any questions I
have. After which the design process begins.
Q: How long does it take for you to complete my
order?
The turnaround time depends on your order, and is
listed under each package.
Q: Do you work every day of the week?
No. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays, and the major
Public Holidays (i.e. Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc).
Q: How do I get the finished project?
We upload the entire project in 1 zip file to our
server where you can quickly and easily download it.
Q: What happens if I don't like the design you
give me?
After I deliver a design mockup to you, you have the
option of unlimited revisions. If you approve of the
design we will proceed with the other elements of the
package you purchased.
Q: Do you take Paypal?
Yes we accept paypal from verified members.
Q: What is your refund policy?
If you're unsatisfied with my work, simply let me
know before I complete the project, and I will refund
100% of your money back! No questions asked.
Q: Can I obtain the Photoshop source files (PSD)
for my order?
Yes the PSDs to your project(s) are available upon
request.
